Representative of the Sikarian species on the planet Sikaris in the Delta Quadrant. Gath wanted nothing more than to please the Voyager crew when they encountered his ship in 2371. Unfortunately, the alliance was short lived when Gath objected to Voyager making use of spatial trajector technology to shorten their journey home.

Well-connected man on Sikaris in the Delta Quadrant. In 2371 he conspired with Tuvok and Seska to trade a trajector matrix for U.S.S. Voyager's library of literature.
 

Native of the planet Sikaris in the Delta Quadrant. Eudana was a woman whom Ensign Harry Kim had a brief romance with in 2371. Eudana told Kim of the Sikarian's spatial trajector technology which lead to a rift between Voyager and the Sikarians.

Carey – along with Torres and Seska – conspired to trade a downloaded Federation library of literature to the Sikarians, in exchange for a folded-space transporter that the Sikarians called the spatial trajector. The officers' plan was uncovered by Tuvok, who made the exchange himself, in defiance of Captain Janeway's orders. The Sikarian technology ultimately proved incompatible with Federation systems, though this proved less important than Carey discovering that the quartz mantle of Sikaris was a focusing method crucial to the system's function.

SPECIES: Cardassian (Bajoran) Female

She was involved with Lieutenants Torres, Joe Carey, and Tuvok in a covert attempts to acquire spatial trajector technology from the Sikarians, behind Captain Janeway's back. When their plan to steal the technology failed, she attempted a cover-up , but Torres held her back, stating that she did not want to lie anymore – something Seska found rather disappointing.
