Janeway tells Kim to "upload" Starling's database to Voyager. The correct term would be "download", as the database is being recieved by Voyager, not sent. Upload would be correct only if Janeway was sending the database from Starling's computer herself.
   
And Tuvok and Paris walk along the beach, Tuvok's tricorder, which he obviously using at the time, is not flashing as it usually does while in use.
   
At the end, when Janeway and Chakotay are in the room with Starling right before they get transported, Janeway's combadge rings. She even goes so far as to answer Starling's inquiry by admitting that the tone it's emitting is that someone is trying to signal her. Since when do combadges ring? They haven't in any other episode of Voyager, or even in The Next Generation or Deep Space Nine.
   
While in command, Kim has Neelix monitor Earth's media for any mention of Voyager, and Neelix becomes engrossed in a soap opera. He explains that he can't wait to find out if Blaine or his twin brother is the father of Jessica's baby. However, after Kim leaves and Neelix continues watching, you can clearly hear from the TV that the soap opera characters are named Jack and Sharon.
