	PLAYED BY: Willie Garson SPECIES: Monean Male When USS Voyager visited the planet, the Moneans asked for help, since their ocean was losing containment. Tom Paris and Riga investigated and discovered that the Monean's mining operations in the ocean were the problem. Riga gave this information to Burkus, a government offical. Burkus said he would include it in a report. Riga decided to do something about the situation himself, and he and Paris tried to disable the mining operations. They were unsuccessful, and Paris was demoted for disobeying Captain Janeway's orders. Riga's efforts to persuade the Monean Government to deal with the problem fell on deaf ears.
	PLAYED BY: Ben Livingston SPECIES: Monean Male Burkus was the Deputy Consul of the Monean Maritime Sovereignty, an underwater society. The homeworld of the Moneans was an artificially-created water world, held in place by a containment field. When visited by USS Voyager in 2375, the planet was in danger of losing containment. At first Burkus tried to warn Voyager to stay away, but accepted an invitation to tour Voyager. Once he became convinced that Voyager's intentions were honorable, he invited them to visit his homeworld. After an investigation by Tom Paris, Burkus was informed that the Monean oxygen refineries were depleting the ocean. Burkus refused to believe there was any danger. B'Elanna Torres had an idea for a safer refinery, but Burkus refused Voyager's help, stating that the Sovereignty would make a decision in due course and take Voyager's findings under advisement.
	PLAYED BY: Alissa Krämer SPECIES: Human Female Jenny and Megan were good friends with Paris and Kim, joining them in Paris' The Adventures of Captain Proton program, where Jenny played Malicia, one of the Twin Mistresses of Evil. Jenny was still interested in Harry, but he had turned his affections towards Megan.
	PLAYED BY: Heidi Krämer SPECIES: Human Female The twins had become good friends with Paris and Kim, and joined them in Tom's The Adventures of Captain Proton holo-program. Megan played Demonica, one of the Twin Mistresses of Evil. At the time, Harry had become infatuated with Megan, much to her sister's annoyance.
