	PLAYED BY: Kamala Dawson SPECIES: Qomar Female Voyager brought the shuttle's crew aboard, repaired their shuttle, and healed their injured. While in sickbay, unhappy about working with the "primitive" holographic Doctor, she and her associates heard The Doctor hum a song. They were fascinated by it, as their race had never heard anything like music. She served as the intermediary between the planet's Prelate Koru and Voyager, as he requested a concert aboard Voyager. Afterward, when The Doctor became a celebrity on the planet, she served as the Qomar representative to The Doctor. He even inspired her to create a musical composition of her own, which he wasn't able to perform. She asked him to stay on the planet, and he believed she had developed a romantic interest in him. However, he realized she hadn't, when she developed a new, better singing hologram. The Doctor had a final performance, and then Tincoo revealed her new holographic construct.
	PLAYED BY: Ray Xifo SPECIES: Qomar Male While aboard, he was very unhappy with The Doctor, a "primitive holographic construct." He even suggested to Tincoo, an associate of his from their ship, that they try to reprogram him, and deactivate his vocal subroutines. However, his opinion of him changed when he heard The Doctor hum a song. Abarca was amazed, as were all the Qomar. They talked with the Qomar Planetary Alliance, and the Voyager crew was invited to the Qomar homeworld for The Doctor to give a concert for Prelate Koru. At the concert, Abarca and all the Qomar were amazed at The Doctor's singing. However, when "Harry Kim and the Kimtones" played, none were of the Qomar were impressed. Prelate Koru whispered something to Abarca, and he yelled very loudly, "WE WISH TO HEAR THE DOCTOR.", at which point The Doctor took the stage and started singing.
	PLAYED BY: Paul Williams SPECIES: Qomar Male After the USS Voyager had introduced several rescued Qomar from a Qomar transport to music, Tincoo and Abarca requested the Prelate allow Voyager into their strictly regulated system. Upon entering orbit of the Qomar homeworld, Prelate Koru requested to hear The Doctor's singing. Captain Janeway suggested a concert be held aboard Voyager. At the concert, Prelate Koru, like all of the Qomar, was particularly impressed with The Doctor's singing. However, he was not fond of Harry Kim and the Kimtones' music, until The Doctor started singing as well. Soon after, he arranged for Tincoo to arrange for The Doctor to perform in front of hundreds of Qomar, and to be transmitted to hundreds of millions.
	PLAYED BY: Nina Magnesson SPECIES: Qomar Female Vinka heard music for the first time when she was in The Doctor's sickbay and he began to sing. Harry Kim became attracted to her, and she pretended to like Kim so she could use him to be near The Doctor.
