	PLAYED BY: Simon Billig SPECIES: Human Male Former Maquis crewman serving onboard Voyager. He tried to convince B'Elanna Torres to contact Seska behind the captain's back following the collapse of peace overtures with the Kazon-Nistrim, but Torres was loyal to the Captain and distrustful of Seska. He was unknowingly responsible for giving Jonas the idea of becoming a spy for Seska.
	PLAYED BY: John Gegenhuber SPECIES: Kazon Male Jal Surat was leader of the Kazon-Mostral in 2372. He is one of the members of the Kazon delegation that attended a peace conference with Voyager, which was ambushed by the Trabe.
	PLAYED BY: Larry Cedar SPECIES: Kazon Male Jal Tersa was a member of the Kazon-Pommar and an acquaintance of Neelix. Tersa helped organize a meeting in a conference room on Sobras between the leaders of several Kazon factions and Voyager's senior staff.
	PLAYED BY: Raphael Sbarge SPECIES: Human Male Michael Jonas was a former member of the Maquis, serving under Chakotay's leadership. After witnessing his friend Hogan attempt to convince Voyager chief engineer B'Elanna Torres to contact Seska, who had defected to the Kazon-Nistrim, behind the captain's back, he secretly opened communications with Seska, intending to negotiate on his own terms.
	PLAYED BY: Martha Hackett SPECIES: Cardassian Female Seska was a Cardassian operative, genetically altered to appear Bajoran in order to infiltrate the Maquis. Seska was contacted by Voyager crewmember Michael Jonas contacted Seska, offering to act as a spy and later as a saboteur.
	PLAYED BY: Anthony De Longis SPECIES: Automated Personnel Unit First Maje of the Kazon-Nistrim sect. Culluh agreed to attend a meeting between representatives of Voyager, the Trabe and the leaders of other Kazon sects on Sobras.
	PLAYED BY: Charles Lucia SPECIES: Trabe Mabus was the governor of the Trabe who was formerly imprisoned by the Kazon. After proposing an alliance, he betrayed Janeway with an attempt to kill the all of the Kazon leaders in one hit so the Trabe could take over once again.
	PLAYED BY: Mirron E. Willis SPECIES: Kazon Male Rettik was a Kazon of the Nistrim sect and a servant of Seska and Culluh. He beamed down to Sobras with Maje Culluh to attend a conference between several Kazon sects, the Trabe and Captain Kathryn Janeway of the USS Voyager.
