	The Ensign whom the Darkling joins in the turbolift is played by Sue Henley. The ensign is not named in this episode but it is Ensign Brooks. Henley plays Kate Mulgrew's stunt double throughout the show.
	In the script, whenever the Doctor is in evil (i.e. darkling) mode he is indicated by putting the character's name in quotation marks i.e. "Doctor".
	Steven Davies (Nakahn) also played the Tactical Officer in DS9's pilot "Emissary" and Arak'Taral in "Hippocratic Oath".
	Peter Dennis (Newton) also played the Isaac Newton character in season two's "Death Wish" as well as Admiral Hendricks in "Friendship One".
