	In the flashbacks, which supposedly occur before Seven of Nine arrived, Tuvok is wearing his lieutenant Commander's pips, even though he was not promoted until after Seven of Nine came aboard.
	Why would Janeway have to go down to sickbay to perform the erasure? Couldn't she do it from the bridge? Or indeed anywhere? Also letting the clearly suspicious Doctor wander around before he deactivates himself is a slip of judgement I didn't expect from Janeway.
	In the holo-images Seven salvages, there are candles on Ensign Jetal's birthday cake. Later when we see the Doctor's restored memories of the birthday party, the candles are missing.
