	Paris mistakenly introduces Tuvok to the photonic lifeform as lieutenant Tuvok, even though he's a lieutenant commander.
	For some reason, the first time when Tuvok and Tom enter the holodeck to see what was going on in the holodeck, part of the right side of Chaotica's Fortress of Doom was destroyed, but when Seven and Harry look at it with the viewscreen, it was completely repaired with no signs of damage. Then when Chaotica's fortress is shown again, the damage is back.
