	During Crewman Lessing's interrogation, Janeway drops the shields around Cargo Bay 2, but never puts them back up, and the computer requires a level 9 or higher clearance to put the shields back up. And the whole time the shield's are up to stop the aliens from coming on board the ship and causing damage.
	Despite being rescued from his quarters by Neelix in Part 1, Crewman Thompson (blue uniformed officer at Equinox's conn) was not present during the Equinox's crew's escape from Voyager and only reappears in this episode.
	In Part 1, Janeway said in her conversation with Ransom that the Equinox couldn't go faster than Warp 8, but here she says that ship's top speed is Warp 6
	Captain Janeway says the Ankari are 50 lightyears behind Voyager. If so, then how could the Equinox have traveled 10,000 light years to their position when they meet Voyager (as stated by Ransom in of "Equinox (1)") after receiving the summoning device from the Enkari?
