	This is the second episode in which time moves much faster on a planet than on Voyager. The first was Season 5's "Gravity".
	When they beamed the Doctor down to the surface of the planet, they never indicated making preparations of how they would beam him back up discreetly. If they had, it wouldn't matter because they had failed to beam him up the first time and had to search for him and beam him up the second time. Having no way of contacting him, wouldn't he have just teleported out from the middle of an opera house?
