	While Kes is on Voyager in the past, Tuvok's pips indicate he holds the rank of Lt. Commander. However, he was not promoted until the Season 4 episode "Revulsion" which would not occur for approximately three years.
	When Kes goes back in time, we see Chakotay with a full head of black hair. In the first 2 1/2 seasons, Chakotay didn't had a full head of black hair. He had some white and grey in his hair. Plus, his hair was shorter. I guess it wasn't in the budget for a wig.
	Kes was last seen evolving into a being of pure energy, why then has she returned in corporeal form?
	In the opening, Janeway chides Tuvok about his age, saying she had to sift through rumour to find the truth. Why would she have to go to this effort? Tuvok told her his age in "Flashback". Actually, he said he was 29 years old in 2293, when he served on the Excelsior. Janeway's a scientist... I hope she can subtract! True, she may have been trying to figure out his exact birthday, but she said he was approaching triple digits, meaning he was less than 100. According to "Flashback", he's 112 in this episode.
	The background graphics of the inside of the "future Kes" ship are identical to those of the time ship used by Captain Braxton in "Future's End".
