	If the Quarra can build a fleet of warp capable ships, radiation mines and erase select memories from humanoids, surely they would be able to automate their factories so they would need fewer, if any, workers.
	After Voyager is irradiated by the radiation from the mine, Janeway orders the crew to abandon ship, which they do using the escape pods. However, as the escape pods are always docked to Voyager, they too would have been irradiated and would thus be unusable.
	Tuvok's memory flashback was an "out of body", third person view, flashback. The entire sequence was done with blurred camera shots to simulate his flashback, which meant that it should have been a first person view flashback.
