The judges' attire worn by the Q tribunal is the same as that worn by Q in the Next Generation pilot and finale Encounter At Farpoint and All Good Things..., respectively. However, in those episodes, Q's attire was part of his recreation of a late-21st century Earth court and is therefore not appropriate here.
