	The aliens beam the warp core into their cargo hold, but tow the Delta Flyer with a tractor beam. Do they not have a shuttle bay? For that matter, why can't they beam the Flyer into the cargo hold? The warp core is bigger. Were they out of room? Luckily for Voyager they keep the Flyer in space, allowing Paris to recover it.
