Eye Of The Needle, the crew decided that they couldn't go back in time to stop themselves leaving on the mission that brought them to the Delta Quadrant, because of the effect they've had on the people there (such as saving Kes etc). Yet here, they decided to do exactly that (altering the history of countless races that Voyager would come into contact with over the next 16 years) just to get home |

Actress Alice Krige, who originated the role of the Borg Queen in the feature film First Contact, reclaimed the role for Endgame from actress Susanna Thompson. Thompson had assumed the role when Krige was unavailable for both Dark Frontier and Unimatrix Zero. Krige also continued the role for the Star Trek: The Experience attraction Borg Invasion: 4-D, which also featured Kate Mulgrew as Kathryn Janeway and Robert Picardo as The Doctor. |

Janeway asks Tuvok why he can't meld with the other Vulcans on board, using the plural. According to "Counterpoint", the only Vulcans on board Voyager since they arrived in the Delta Quadrant are Tuvok and Vorik. Therefore, Janeway should have asked why he can't meld with Vorik. |

Nobody seems too worried that there's a major transwarp hub that exits near Earth. And the Borg seem to have forgotten to use it to destroy Earth any time since they initiated conflict with the Federation. |
