Kim awakens to find himself in San
Francisco, living with his fiancé, never having been
assigned to Voyager. A little investigation reveals that a
meddling alien took him out of his appropriate time stream,
so he struggles to get back with the help of Tom Paris, who
in this reality remained a criminal.
