The flowers Chakotay sees in the link with the Borg are not Texas bluebonnets, as he stated, but Virginia bluebells.
After Chakotay activates the generator on the Borg cube, the away team requests an emergency beamout. We then see Paris on the Voyager bridge
telling the captain that they've got everyone back on board. 5 seconds later, Harry Kim is already at his bridge station - but he was just beamed back from the cube. He couldn't have possibly gotten to the bridge in 5 seconds.
A number of the ex-Borg Chakotay meets claim to have been assimilated during the battle at Wolf 359. Since the Borg ship responsible for that attack was destroyed in the
Star
Trek: The Next Generation episode,
"The Best Of Both Worlds,
Part II", this would seem to be a particularly glaring error in continuity and basic logic. However there is a scene in
Star Trek: First Contact where Picard is surprised to see the Borg Queen alive
for this same reason. He asks her how she survived and she replies "You think in such Three-Dimensional terms", implying that she (and presumably others) used some so-far unseen form of technology to escape the cube before its destruction.
