PLAYED BY: Ed Begley, Jr.
SPECIES:

Starling was captured by Voyager and her crew – transported out of his limousine despite his use of a 29th century tricorder to try and block the signal – and confined within sickbay to prevent his further participation in the plot to travel to the future. Unfortunately, 29th century technology came to Starling's aid once again as his assistant, Dunbar, used the Aeon in conjunction with a Chronowerx satellite to transport Starling back into his office. After successfully baiting Voyager by convincing them to chase a faux timeship, Starling launched the Aeon directly through the front of the Chronowerx headquarters. Ultimately, Starling died while trying to travel to the future with the Aeon when both he and the timeship were destroyed by Voyager, with Janeway managing to manually launch a photon torpedo after the timeship.

PLAYED BY: Sarah Silverman
SPECIES: Human Female

Starling sent one of his employees named Dunbar to kill her. Tuvok and Paris saved her from the hit man. When Robinson questioned what they were up to, Paris told her they were secret agents tracking a Soviet KGB spy operation. She told them that the Soviet Union and the KGB no longer existed. She joined forces with them in stopping Starling's plan.

PLAYED BY: Christian R. Conrad
SPECIES:
Human Male

Dunbar created a diversion to distract Tom Paris and Rain Robinson from stopping Starling's flight aboard the Aeon. By leading Paris to believe that the tachyon particle emissions that were being emitted from the tractor trailer he was driving was the Aeon, he drove the otherwise empty truck into the barren California desert. He was also able to transport Starling from Voyager via the Timeship.

PLAYED BY: Allan G. Royal
SPECIES:
Human Male

Braxton who never experienced these events traveled to 1996 to return Voyager to the Delta Quadrant.

PLAYED BY: Brent Hinkley
SPECIES: Human Male

After Chakotay and Torres's shuttle crashed in a failed attempt to capture Henry Starling, Butch and his friend Porter, who was also a member of the group, captured them. They believed that they were government agents sent to spy on the militia.

PLAYED BY: Clayton Murray
SPECIES: Human Male

When Chakotay and Torres tried to beam Henry Starling onto their shuttle, which they had disguised so that it would not be picked up on radar, the shuttle crashed and Porter and other members of the group captured them. He believed that they were government agents send to spy on them.
