Lyris was one of the leaders of the nearly all-woman planet
Taresia. She persuaded Harry Kim that he was a long lost
Taresian, when in reality he had been infected with Taresian DNA
to make it appear that he was becoming a Taresian. This was the
way Taresian woman propagated their species. They would extract
DNA from their male victims, killing them in the process. |
