When the Hazari attacked again, Voyager was able to determine
from a Hazari ship's computer that Kurros had ordered the
attacks on Voyager in order to retrieve Seven of Nine through
his deal to stop the attacks. Kurros posed as a Malon to hire
the Hazari. Janeway later enlisted the Hazari by exposing the
trick and made a deal with them: they would stop their attacks
and she would deliver the Think Tank's ship to them. After Seven
of Nine disabled Kurros' ability to communicate with the other
beings in the Think Tank, the Hazari fired spatial charges,
which pulled Kurros' ship out of subspace and commenced their
attack. Janeway left, notifying Kurros that she hoped he could
solve his own Hazari problem.

Janeway persuaded Y'Sek to team up with the Voyager crew to "out
think the Think Tank." He realized that many races would pay
large bounties to get their hands on the members of the Think
Tank. After Seven of Nine and Janeway forced the Think Tank's
ship out of subspace, Y'Sek and his fleet attacked them.

Saowin was a representative of a planet in the Delta Quadrant
that was assisted by the Think Tank. His world was plagued by
seismic reactions until the Think Tank devised a planetary
containment field to restore the planet's geostability in 2375.
In return, the Think Tank demanded a shipment of bernicium ore.
Since Saowin's people needed this ore to repair the replicator
systems that fed their people, they hid the bernicium, claiming
it had been buried by the last series of quakes, and tried to
offer the Think Tank a rubidium geode instead. Saowin was
persuaded to honor the original agreement when Kurros threatened
to deactivate the planet's containment field.
