SPECIES: Ankari MaleThis Ankari
captain was contacted by Kathryn Janeway in the hope that they
could call off the attacks by the nucleogenic lifeforms. The
Ankari captain was afraid of USS Voyager and refused to respond
until Voyager trapped them in a tractor beam.
The captain told Janeway that the lifeforms were attacking because the crew of
the USS Equinox was killing them. He then told Janeway that he
would contact the lifeforms but Janeway had to talk to them not
him. He served as a translator between her and the lifeforms. |

SPECIES: Human MaleWith the help of
Ensign Marla Gilmore, Ransom subsequently accessed the ship's transporter control, and beamed the majority of the surviving
Equinox crewmembers to Voyager. Eventually left as the only
surviving crewmember on board, Ransom accessed helm control in
order to put a safe distance between Voyager and the Equinox,
whose warp core was about to breach due to attacks by the
aliens. As the core overloaded, Ransom utilized a synaptic
stimulator to experience his last moments on the peaceful
Tenkaran coast. |

SPECIES: Human FemalePretending to join
Burke's mutiny, Gilmore took Ransom into custody, but instead of
escorting him to the brig, they went to engineering and accessed transporter control, beaming the majority of the crew, Gilmore
included, to Voyager. After the deaths of Ransom and Burke, and
the destruction of the Equinox, Gilmore was integrated into the
Voyager crew along with four others. As a consequence for their
actions against the alien lifeforms, they were stripped of rank,
and their privileges were severely limited. |

SPECIES: Human MaleCaptain Ransom decided to halt the experiments and surrender to
Captain Janeway, leading Burke and a small group of Equinox
crewmembers to mutiny and take control of the ship. Ordering
Ransom confined, Burke took command and attempted to destroy
Voyager, but was thwarted when Ransom and Ensign Marla Gilmore
managed to beam the rest of the crew off of the ship.
As the
Equinox faced destruction by the aliens, Burke and the remaining
crewmembers attempted to reach the ship's only remaining
shuttlecraft, but was ultimately killed on the way to the shuttlebay. |

SPECIES: Human MaleWhen the Equinox
crew stole Voyager's field generator, and Lieutenant Burke
mutinied, he took the tactical controls at the conn. When it was
clear the ship was going to be destroyed, he suggested
surrendering to Voyager, but Burke told him to follow him to the
shuttlebay on Deck 3. All of the crew that remained aboard
Equinox, including him, were killed by the nucleogenic lifeforms.
