	The bat'leth hanging in Tom and B'Elanna's quarters is clearly not the same one given to them by the Klingons in Prophecy.
	Neelix tells B'Elanna that her favourite breakfast is pancakes with maple syrup. This could be a reference to season 5's Extreme Risk, in which she tells him that she always loved banana pancakes. However, if so, he forgot the all important banana.
	When Janeway goes to her apartment to move her things, she doesn't bother to put the lights on preferring instead to stumble around in the dark.
	When Janeway and Jaffin went to the power plant at night, it was deserted. However, as it was clearly still operating (as it was still providing power to the city/planet until Janeway broke it), there should be people working there just as there was during the day.
	At the end of the episode, Janeway instructs Tom to resume course. However, the response is, "Aye, sir". This is odd for two reasons: a) Janeway made it clear in "Caretaker" that she does not like to be called "sir", b) the voice responding is not Paris.
