The EMH-II says that the Romulans have not joined the fight with the Dominion and the Doctor replies by saying, "the who?"
The Dominion was first mentioned on or about stardate 46423.7 (Deep Space Nine's Babel), Sisko was captured by the Dominion on, or about stardate 47987.5 (Deep Space Nine's The Jem'Hadar) and Sisko attempted to negotiate with the Dominion on, or about
stardate 48212.4 (Deep Space Nine's The Search). Voyager didn't launch from DS9 until stardate 48315.6 (between Deep Space Nine's The Abandoned and Civil Defense). While they wouldn't know about the war, the Voyager crew should have known that the Dominion existed since they left well after first contact with them. |

In Astrometrics, Seven says that the communications networks extends almost all the way to the Prometheus's position in the Alpha Quadrant. However, given the established arrangement of the four Quadrants, the map shown actually gives the Prometheus's position as being in the oft-forgotten Beta Quadrant. |

In sickbay, Doc reveals that the ship is traveling at warp 9.9. When he goes to the bridge to access environmental controls, the viewscreen clearly shows a stationary starfield; no movement. |

EMH 2 comments the Prometheus is a prototype and only 4 people in all of Starfleet are trained to operate it. It seems unlikely the crew contained only 4 people, but I guess they could pick up the controls rather quickly. After all the Romulans did and they had no Starfleet training at all. |
